Marauders beat Benedict for third straight victory
WILBERFORCE, Ohio -Â The Central State Marauders defeated Benedict for their third straight victory on Friday.
CSU beat BC in three sets with scores of 25-10, 25-21 and 25-18.
With the victory, CSU improves to 11-12 overall and 4-1 in the SIAC. BC drops to 4-3 on the season and 1-2 in the conference.
Cameron Lee led the CSU attack with 11 kills and a .360 hitting percentage. Led by Lee, the CSU offense combined for its second best hitting percentage of the season at .378 with a combined 48 kills, 14 errors and 90 attacks.
Marcus Franck led all players with 23 assists and
Victor Scherer had 14 digs.
CSU returns to the floor on March 18 when they host Thomas More.
